Why Is It Cruel to Keep a Goldfish in a Bowl?

Just a random thought while I was running at the gym. I don't keep my goldfish in bowls. They are in a 50 gallon with a Fluval 405 canister filter and a 30 gallon with a AquaClear filter. But I have wondered this for a little while, why does everyone say it is cruel to keep goldfish in a bowl? Chill Kendra. Ok I hated Proactiv so I started using clinique. They also have a good foundation for african americans. Another thing to do is not stress, drink water, and not eat foods like chocolate or greasy things. This will help with the zits and oily skin. It was so vivid and frightning..It lasted for about 2 seconds, which felt so much like hours...I couldn't get to sleep after that because the fear of experiencing such a formidable act again.The screaming I heard was loud, like nails across a chalk board. I woke up with an electric heartbeat, it was so fast, and I was breathing wildy as I was trying to hold back my alarming dismay and tears. When asked was there anything that would show up on my background, because my record was expunged, I told them "NO" confidently. I started my first day of work and everything. The next week I got a phone call saying that before I return to work, I would have to talk to HR because things came back on my background check. When I talk to the lady that hired me I told her that, in repsect to my rights, I did not have to tell them about my record that was expunged. She then recommended that I speak with HR. What should I do and how could things that were expunged possibly come back on my record when I went to court to get them expunged and I recieved letters saying that my record was expunged? Can ANYONE else FEEL someone they loves emotions, thoughts etc?

This is probobly going to sound nuts and Ive never told anyone about this in my entire life because quite frankly, I feel nuts sometimes knowing Im able to do this. But here goes. There is a certain someone in my life whom I love more then my own ability to breath. lol.. When we met, there was a deep connection in more ways then either one of us were able to deal with and there still are many. Weve been friends, more then friends, ignored eachother then been back to friends plus over the course of many years. One thing that we have always been able to do was sorta, read eachothers minds in a sense. have a convo without sayin a word.. we just knew.. then smile because Im always right of course. ;) jk.. But the weird thing is that no matter weather we were speaking, close, not so close or whatever, the being able to read eachother and even hmmm, um, send mental messages to eachother has never faded. Ive had dreams where he and I were in a car and I was driving, and he suddenly said stop the car.. when I asked why, he said, just stop and I did.. then a minute later there would be an explosion ahead of us on the road. So he kept us from being a part of the explosion. Then in real life, (not the dream) something would happen and because of the dream I had, I sorta knew to "stop" before something bad happened. I know this all sounds bizzare, but Id really like to know why and how we are able to do this? Is it because Im an epileptic? Ive heard that we are more susceptible to energy like that. Could that be why Im having the dreams? And how is it that we can "feel" what the other is feeling, or know what the other is thinking, even when we arent in the same room or sometimes havent spoken in a week or more? Ill admit, he isnt the only one that this has happened with, but he is the most prominent one because of all the other connections as well! He studies "lucid dreaming" is it possible he is able to control my dreams too? I mean, I really dont know. Again, I realize this all sounds like loony city and I'm really putting myself out there on a chopping block here, but I would love the insight as this has been going on for MANY years! I have a close friend who is now in his mid40ies. His was ually abused by his brother several times in his early teen years (between the age of 10 and 13) while the brother is 4 years older than him putting him between the age of 14 and 17 years at the time. I was having an confusional migraine at the time. 3 weeks later I had a cervical laminectomy because my spinal cord was being squashed by c-3 though c7 which was fused. I saw my mri and only drops of spinal fluid were getting by until the lumber region. The fluid was blacking up being reabsorbed by the brain and irriating it and causing the headaches. I got my first headache of note in 2005 but who knows how long this has been going on. I had been going to mds since then and in the hospital several times. I am in the union also. My bosses have been sweet to me and I said I was sorry to the child. I am out of sick leave hoping to return in September but very nervous since a few parents heard me. I just freaked out over a roach which is totaly out of character for me. My doctor said it was like a seizure. Am I just being nervous? I am still very sick from the operation.

Well what you're doing is completely fine - any cardio is great. And no, you don't have to to have a break between every day of exercising/running; that way, you'd just keep getting set back. You do, though, have to have one day A WEEK that you don't run, so your msucles can rest and rebuild. And kickboxing sounds great, actually - it raises your metabolism up higher and tones/works more of your body. It's not a bad idea, but if you think you would be miserable doing it, then don't. But it wouldn't hurt ot give it a try.

Why when looking through a telescope at an object the RA and the DEC do not change?

I get really confused about this because for example if you look at the Orion Nebula for example. At 9:00pm right now it is below the horizon in PA where I live. If you go out around 2:00 am you will be able to observe it. So how can the RA and the DEC still be the same coordinates if the item is constantly moving. this is not a reaction from the antibiotic or steroid but it could be a normal reaction from the flea pill (comfortis). when was the comfortis given? usually about 30 minutes to an hour after its given, if the animal has fleas, they will go through an intense itching/ chewing session (presumably from the fleas dying and rapidly biting). if it continues, call your vet just to make sure.

How can I convince my mom to get me a dog?

Ok, I'm with you, I've had dogs WITH cats my whole life & thru-out my childrens lives. I have a 17 yr' old cat & a 12 yr. old Pug & they love each other & even sleep together...at times.....! BUT I have to give your Mom some slack because it is truly a big obligation. Having a dog is so much more than walking.I don't mean to herp on you,I really am on your side but I still feel that i should remind you that they are very close to having a child. a little able my CRV, i customize the interior and exterior, it doesn't even looks like a crv, it looks like a Mercedes benz i love it but i recently replace the suspension setup, with blistein shock absorber Heavy Duty with H&R spring and 18" rims with 235/40/18 tires but the ride quality has change, it handles better on corners and rollover has reduce however its not smooth like it use to be, its bounce a lot especially on small road bump, i can hear and feel it, so what can I do ti make it more comfortable to ride, I'm thinking about rise it back to it factory setting but that will cost more since i told the factory fron and rear shocks absorber however i still have the factory springs, so what I'm trying to do is reuse the factory spring and cut a little bit out to make it the same height as the H&R spring and use them again. so what do you think about my idea, will it work, because I have no problem with the new front setting but only on the rear have problem because i feel more bumps on the back and more noises, so like i said, since the factory spring is softer than the H&R, that is why i want to cut it down a little and reuse it again so what do you think. if you have any suggestion please let me know. thank you in advance.

This morning when I woke up my whole stomach area hurt, just a dull ache. A few hours later now, it is mainly in the lower right abdomin. It hurts to walk. Okay, so I have been having very sore pains in my lower abdomen on the left and across the bottom of my waist for months. I have been told by my doctor that I have IBS and I have been suffering with nausea, vomiting, and frequent constipation despite taking Ducolax and Prilosec. I have had a EGD done (doctor found small reds spots on stomach lining), then I had a HIDA Scan done (everything is fine there). I had blood work and tests done on my liver, kidneys, gallbladder, and they are all fine. On Tuesday I had a colonoscopy done and one polyp was found and removed and it wasn't cancerous. I also have several hemorrhoids in my colon as well. It is now Sunday, and since Tuesday I still have a very constant sore pain in my lower abdomen and sometimes on my lower left abdomen. My doctor and many friends who have had a colonoscopy done said that I shouldn't feel pain but I do and it is very painful. I am at my wits end! What is wrong with me and what should I do?

My cats eyes are always goopy, and it's not an infection. He had an extra flap of skin over his eye when he was born, and it was mostly removed when I had him fixed. It's just that it's still partially there and dust and hair and lint gets caught in it a lot. I've taken him to the vet and they've always said it's just goop...no infection. Girl, you don't NEED braces!! Unless they're crooked in the back you will. But the front teeth look good. I got braces when I was 19 and now it's about time to get them off (I'm 21 now). Unless there is a good medical reason to get braces, they look great so I wouldn't suggest spending money on braces. On the other hand, maybe you have your molars lying down on their side like mine were. My molar on the right side of my mouth was completely on its side and literally wore away a piece of my JAW BONE!!! I absolutely needed braces!! So that said, only get them if you feel that your teeth could hurt you. Seriously.

Completely Odd And Terrifying Nightmare, What Does It Mean?

I cant remember all of it, but somehow it transitioned into a nightmare where I worked at a building in Washington that I guess had been rebuilt (like one of the twin towers) and I walked into the large breakroom, that had very tall ceilings with windows providing the only light. Somehow I sensed that a man was there, stalking me and that killed my other coworkers. Somehow I jumped/flew out of the window and ran into a house. This is where I sensed he was here too. Scared senseless, I found another girl with me, around the same age as me, and we both grabbed lamps off of a table to venture into the house to see who was there. I screamed various times "Who's there, come out, NOW" but the only response I got was footsteps and a mans menacing voice starting and stopping. I walked into a room where I gound my aunt, sleeping but she sprung up in bed and was just mumbling to herself. I found my cousin in a similer position and as much as I tried, I couldnt wake them up. Victoria's Secret bathing suit bottoms sizing help please!!?

I am a size 4 in american eagle and it's a little big, but the 2 is a little snug, but american eagle jeans are usually made big. In Aeropostale jeans I'm a 5/6 and they're a little big, but the 3/4 is too snug. In Victoria's Secret Pink underwear I buy a medium, but they're a little tiny bit big. I also heard that the Pink line runs small. I don't own regular VS underwear, so I can't compare. So my question is about Victoria's Secret bathingsuits being true to size. Not the VS Pink, just the regular ones. The measurements are exactly the same as american eagle and it's saying I should be a small. I have hips, but a regular sized . I'm ordering the scoop bottoms which are a little bigger anyway. My hip measurement is like a 36-37. The small on Victoria's Secret in bathingsuits is 36.75-37.75. Is anyone else about my size wearing a small? I don't want a saggy , and when you get in the water your bottoms always get baggier. What I'm really worried about is how low they will be. I'm ordering the scoop bottoms so that it doesn't show the top of my lady parts, and I'm afraid the small will be too low, but if they're true to measurements then I'm a small. I want it to go close to my belly on like the description says it will, and I don't want a small to mess that up. I just want to make sure I shouldn't order a medium. Ok, I drive a 04 chevy tracker 4x4. It runs good, its reliable. What I want to do is sell it to this dealership for $5500 and buy a 92 fullsize chevrolet blazer for only $2500. It seems to run good, just needs some touch-up on the hood and a radio. The thing is I know the tracker runs good and is newer but I just don't have the same feeling I get when I drive the blazer. I've had a few fullsize blazers in my life and loved everyone of them. Also I wanted to join a 4x4 club, start fishing, ride on the beach, and do more driving, like daytrips and such and If I don't get the blazer, I have no interest in doing any of that. All I wanna do is work and go to school, why am I like that? Do you all think its a dumb move buying the blazer? I know its an older truck, but they don't make the two door versions anymore, so its not like I can go and buy a brand new one, which would be really cool if they made them. I know this truck will burn more gas and could have some repairs, but its just that feeling I get when I drive it. It makes me happy. I love the back window on it, that I can open. I can stretch my legs out more and move around. The seatbelt doesn't lock up. I love the way it looks and drives. I guess I'm just not a person who can drive a vehicle just for transportation, I guess I need something fun to drive and something I can look at and say to myself, wow, I love the way that truck looks. So anyway, I'm rambling on, but I just want you all to know how I feel about these trucks and why I'm buying an older one and not a new one. First try restoring your computer to a previous point. Click on the start on, all programs, accessories, system tools, and then click on system restore. Then you pick a date and reboot. If that doesn't work you may have to do a system recovery, which would be erasing all of your hard drive and re-installing windows onto your computer. This can be very risky if you don't know what you're doing. I would try restoring your computer first though. Hope this helps

Why wont my 3 (4-5") Red Bellied Piranhas eat?

ive had them for 3 days now they have been in a nice 60 gallon tank for about 2 days, im new to piranhas but i dont want to mess this up. i have tried feeding them fresh frozen tuna but they are not interested, i have tried feeding them bloodworms they nibbled a bit but it doesnt look like they are very interested. they seem to take cover alot, they swim around when im laying in bed but when i stand up they all go and hide, why is this? how can i make my piranhas mean and aggressive, they have a bunch of little fish in the tank that came with the tank i bought, could this be making them unhappy? i was hoping they would eat these fish, they are all about 1/2 to about an inch there are about 6 of them, but the piranhas dont pay any attention to them at all. i got piranhas cuz they are beautiful and i wanted a really aggresive mean fish, i want my piranhas to rip to shreds anything i throw in my tank, how do i get them to do this? Also ive heard it could be because of filtration, but there is no way, because i have a 404 fluval canister filter, a whisper 50 gallon hang on back, an aqua tech twin waterfall not sure how many gallons for, and an undergravel filter with 3 hookups 2 are to nice air pumps and the middle one is connected to my 50 gallon whisper. and i also have a 30 gallon powerhead. so i beleive i have good filtration if not great, but please help me because all i want are happy aggresive piranhas.

My husband and I signed on a lease agreement for one year to our landlord. He decides he wants to sell his properties and it gets bought out by a real estate agency. Our new lease was sent to us and we have to pay another deposit and another application fee. We already did that the first time around. Is our old lease terminated? or do we still have rights from our first agreement. My name wasn't even on the new lease and I signed on the old one. We are frustrated. My husband called about an appliance that went out and some of the new owners were less than cooperative. "you are on a month to month lease now, just so you know!"...real rude. you should be more clear. you've tried float and long. these hold fundamentally different types of numbers. are we guaranteed to have integer input, or not? the range of signed 64-bit integers is -2^63 to 2^63-1 inclusive. 2^63-1 has 19 digits. c++ is machine-specific, so you should test out the range for example using bit shifts. note that there is not just long, but also long long. you might want to use a typedef to make this more manageable. you may very well need to look into bignum libraries / roll your own, unless you are fine with the rounding that occurs using (long) doubles to store large integers. good luck.

Question about seeing death?

Okay, I can't get into too much detail, but through my profession I've become very apathetic about death. I saw a video today of Budd Dwyer, who commits suicide during a TV Press Event.
