How do you open up ports on a wireless router? it is a D-Link 2.4 ghz?

any one konw how to do this i need to open up ports UDP 3478,3479, and 3658 and TCP 80, 443, 5223. is is for rainbow 6 vegas for the ps3 so i can talk to other people.
