How can i make a good running back?

im a freshman at juan seguin high school, im a defensive tackle and offensive gaurd, but im fast at defense since i sack the qb at least 5 timez a game, everybody sayz i should stay az a lineman but i want 2 switch 2 running back, so can i hav some advice? Thnx a bunch!
