I've had an amazing time with my best friend who is married but looking to get a divorce. What do I do?

What do you do when the person you been having a relationship with does not appear to be in love with you? Before the relationship, we developed an amazing friendship including trust, humor, similar interests, companionship, admiration and respect. The trust & comfort level between us is one of the things that is most special about our relationship. We have made a list of our similarities & it's overwhelmingly in favor of us being compatible. She says that I am a patient, funny, unselfish, giving man. She loves the way I play the piano & has told me that she really admires my ability to be so reflective on life. She says she loves me but that she isn't IN LOVE with me. That by now she would have felt something inside of her making her a bit crazy about me. She says that what she values most is our friendship & that if we never talked again she would miss that the most. She is starting to break away from her marriage that has been filled with lies, rejection, alcohol, selfishness -Help
