What happens to your stomach if you have had a tummy tuck and get pregnant?

I know this sounds like a fairly stupid question but I am just looking for some extra info from people who have hopefully gone through this. I have had 5 previous pregnancies and a full abdominoplasty after my most recent pregnancy. I am now considering becoming a surrogate for my best friends and I'm also planning on having another FTT afterwards. Will my stretch marks be worse than they were before? Will my stomach go back to normal after my next TT? any answers are appreciated! :)
