Lamb with quite a few problems..Please help?

Did you call a vet? They could probably take a look at him and go from there. I wouldn't deworm him just yet because if it is something else, the dewormer might cause a reaction. most are safe but you never know. He could have something neurologically wrong too, as well as it could be tet. I would call the local vet and ask for suggestions for bloat, because you're right the solution you tried doesn't work well. Also call and discuss tet, and shots.
