Just make an effort to not do it again. It happened, don't dwell on it anymore. Just be there for him. Seek treatment, maybe a methadone clinic to curb your addiction. Nathan is still here - stop spending time on the computer and be with him and away from anything and anyone that'll influence you to use drugs.
