MY MOM'S ACTING REALLY WEIRD...?

welll i guess you could say umm im more "developed" then more of my friends.mi mother like doesnt get that im like growing up and that im going to be cranky and bratty.....and when ever i explain it too her she always says "o honey u cant tell me that till your 16"...i have no one to talk to about that stuff and i just want my mother and i too have a great relationship....plz help!!
