Ky child support review?

My ex plays the system. I pay $105 a week for my son, and have never missed a payment in 10 yrs. When the support was set she worked 20 hrs. per week and had him in daycare.She now works 40 hrs. per week and has removed him from daycare. Due to a severe back problem, my doctor told me to quit construction, so I now make less money than I did. My new job has no access to medical insurance. My question is- if I seek a review, what are my chances that the support will actually get raised? Can they order me to get medical insurance on my son? I am not a deadbeat, I just can't afford the present payment. I can apply for disability, my doctor would gladly sign that I can't work. I really can't live on disability. I have degenerative disk disease in my spine and severe arthiritis. Thank you so much for any help. I went from $16.70 an hr. to $12 Jeff
