Does anyone know a site where I can print off proposed bills or bills in legislation?

I am in a government cl and we have to print off bills about certain issues. I was wondering if anyone knew of a site where I can print the texts of bills. They do not have to be nationally recognized yet, they can just be local pieces of legislation, but please help!
