Is the cadence daytona 15 any good? 3000 watt of real power?

CADENCE DAYTONA DCW15-2RVC 15" 3,000 WATT COMPETITION DUAL VOICE COIL 2 OHM CAR SUBWOOFER WITH MIVE 350 OZ DOUBLE STACKED MAGNET + FREE RE-CONE KIT. For about $300. it looks powerful, but i don't know? I just want my whole car shaking and loud b are these any good even? or do you have better subs that give great b? i don't want any jl or rockford real competition, thank you
