Best Portrait lens for Sony A230 SLR camera?

I am thinking about getting a new portrait lens for my Sony A230 camera, but I didn't know which ones were really recommended. I love my new camera but I feel like I just need a better quality camera with a low aperture. Anybody recommend any specific lens and where I can purchase it?
