Does this guy like me afterall?

I've had a crush on this guy for a while now in my Sunday school cl. For some reason, he would talk to all the other girls except me. I could not figure out if he was shy or he had no interest. Last week, when I went to my cl on Wednesday night, I walked in and didn't know he was sitting on the couch behind me. There is a lot of couches and chairs we can sit on in the room. Anyways so I found a place to sit, not knowing I sat in front of him. Right when I sat down, I heard a lot of books fall behind me, I turned around thinking I knocked them over and I need to apologize. All I saw was the top of someone's head and when he got up, he saw me and we both stopped and stared. He was smiling and laughing nervously which made me nervous. We just stared at each other and I forgot to say sorry lol! My mind just went blank. I smiled back at him and turned away sort of feeling stupid for forgetting to say something but it was funny. Now I'm not sure what to think. I hope I'm not that intimating.
