Horrible belly pain PLEASE HELP ME ITs AWFUL OH GOD ???????????????????????

ok thank you so much if clicked here just PLEASE answer i need help. My belly is not feeling well AT ALL. So here's what happening my belly is making these GINOURMOUSE sounds and with each grumble comes these HORRID JOLTS OF PAIN that start from my bellyon and just radiate out to the rest of my tummy. I DO NOT HAVE DIAREHHA. i have vomitted though BUT I DO NOT HAVE A VERY HIGH FEVER. its just 99 degrees. i had my period last week so its not cramps and i just got over a nasty case of the flu. but im still coughing up blood. ugh. YES MY MOM KNOWS IVE BEEN COUGHIN UP BLOOD IV BEEN 2 the DOC anyway my tummy hurts so much its VERY UPSET I HAVE A MIGRANE OH AND I TOOK AN ADVIL FOR MY WHICH DID NOT HELP MY TUMMY AT ALL I NEED HELP PLEASE. oh i do not have any antacids or pepto or tylenol. i do have peppermints and tea and ive been rubbing my tummy i just NEED RELIEF NOW PLZ HELP ME. P.S. LET ME MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR IT IS NNOT MY APPENDIX NOR AM I PREGGERS. ALL I WANT IS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
