When your stomach gets all weird feeling before this guy comes over does that mean..?

Ok, well. There is this guy friend that i have been seeing, and last night he came over and before he came over my stomach got all queasy and was it because i was nervous to see him? Does that mean i could have feelings for the guy? Please help. Mature answers please.
