Who's the best guitar player of all time (in your opinion)?

You can't really have a superior playing style, as the technique for styles is different. An example of this is that out of necessity, two fingered chords, were a feature of Django's playing. (cos only two fingers worked !) I think you are probably talking about guitar and not b players, so you can discount Bruce and McCartney. I reckon it's a case of take anyone from the following : Chet Atkins, Albert Lee, Peter Green, Jimi Hendrix, Little Milton (This guy was BB King ++++), Ry Cooder, the list is endless and the answer is impossible.
