Notarize??????????????????????…

Ok, my roomates owe me money, and it has come down to it that I want to get it notarized. I got all the money situated, about how much money I want to see a month. i talked to them about it and they are okay with it. I know now where to get it notarized but i have no clue on how to word it, could some one help me here.
